There was a load of us on feedback fences, one guy on helm, and then everyone was running either action or vexcaliber

And we just catterpillered around the map with over shields and blinding bubbles, so we were untouchable until they swapped to conditional

I’d say eoa just straight up mogs vexcalibur, being able to pop a bubble anywhere and just spam them with offensive bulwark is superior

vex has slightly better base dps but way worse sustainability and survivability which ultimately leads to worse dps, also vex is heavily reliant on unbreakable
