I would personally advise you to pick whichever sounds the coolest. You can get the other 2 afterwards and it will not block you in any way for a long long time

If you've done everything they've done and things aren't progressing, then it's almost certainly bugged and you should make sure it's been reported in Bungie's help forums. Yeah, you don't have a memory anymore, so you need to dismantle down to 4 (and make sure you don't have extras in the postmaster or anything like that), and then get a 5th. Then it'll convert.

the main issue is that after an enemy ignites they can't be scorched again for 1.6s, it works for one person but more than one person on it will ignite maybe like 0.5s faster but you get the same cooldown

If you do a fresh run and do it from start to finish you will get a fresh tag

no, you only have to solo (which is required by itself anyways) and also flawless (for the sparrow iirc). the flawless may be w a fireteam though
