If you go into the binding settings there are bindings for:

• Auto Melee (the default thing)
• Charged Melee (the ability)
• Uncharged Melee (the standard punch)

You can either bind Charged and Uncharged to separate buttons, or if you map both of them to the same button, you'll get what you're asking for, where it'll only do Uncharged if you don't have a charge.

Uhh I think it's not too high. You get 300 Power essentially gifted to you, should be high enough for all raids including the newest one. And even without that, RaD content has fireteam power enabled so you'd get dragged up to power anyways

On one of the red pillars on what's now the left side of the room (but will be on your right once you're up there) there'll be a shadow panel to grenade

You'll likely want to look up a video guide because it's shitty to explain in text

Just found out recently that I only have 1 shot a week at getting finality’s auger from the dungeon. I’m a bit confused about how that works, is it that I can only acquire it once per account once a week? Or is it that I only have 1 chance a week to grab it per account? And does that apply to only sundered doctrine or all dungeon exotics

Weekly lockouts are per-class (so maximum of 3 chances per week if you have 1 char of each class). However, because Sundered is no longer the newest dungeon, it does not have lockouts.

You gotta do the quest you get at Tharsis Cantina. It involves doing 3 time challenges using the Shadow buffs and the Praxic blade, followed by doing a boss fight mini encounter at the end. This unlocks the dungeon upgrades for the Praxic Blade as well as Gear Attunement similar to ITL (and unlike Vespers and SD)

It's RNG. No, the game is not bugged for you, or broken, it's simply bad luck.

• Bungie does not publish drop rates.
• We don't know how many estimated runs it will take for a specific item to drop.
• We do not know how much drop-rate-boosting triumphs contribute either, since we don't know the base drop rate.
• Runs are all separate environments. A 1/3 chance does not mean you get the loot you want one out of three times, it just means there is that percentage of chance whenever you run the activity that you get said loot.
• Perks are not weighted. All weapons drop with their perks at the same rate.

Just by remembering what missions have what. Nightmare Containment is always scorn, Astral Alignment can have Scorn, Contest of Elders can have Scorn. If you're willing to do non-matchmade activities there are a few additional options.
