For the most part yes. You’ll have unlocked the ability to ally with the different syndicates to get various upgrades from them. Lawless frontiers is how you’ll progress that. You should also be able to find a quest to revisit the Fire and Ice mission for upgrades to the praxic blade

FF isn’t very nice, 98% don’t use a mic either. If they even get the faintest sense you’re new they give you the boot. Pinnacle ops also have mechanics in them, if you don’t know the mechanics they will boot for that too.

It’s best to make your own FF with the need help tag, this way you also can’t be kicked.

We will be implementing the following changes to the Fire and Ice Exotic Mission in response to community feedback:

• Reduced the time required to interact with the pyramid activators in the boss arena to one second.
• Changed platforms in the boss arena to be solid on Legendary difficulty and adjusted their positioning to offer more protection on both difficulties.
• Fixed an issue where players were blocked from earning the Upper Hand or Hyperblade Catalysts for the Praxic Blade after acquiring one of the two.

These changes will be live with Update 9.5.0.3 coming on December 16.

The same way you always have. They're post-campaign content of Beyond Light on Europa, and the more of Variks's upgrades you get, the more access to the Empire Hunts you get. At a certain point you can access them freely from the Europa map, and Variks also has repeatable quests for them.

Sometimes an event comes around where you can buy it but you just missed it. Not sure when the next one comes around. Dual destiny is much better though because you can focus it.
