It's RNG. No, the game is not bugged for you, or broken, it's simply bad luck.

• Bungie does not publish drop rates.
• We don't know how many estimated runs it will take for a specific item to drop.
• We do not know how much drop-rate-boosting triumphs contribute either, since we don't know the base drop rate.
• Runs are all separate environments. A 1/3 chance does not mean you get the loot you want one out of three times, it just means there is that percentage of chance whenever you run the activity that you get said loot.
• Perks are not weighted. All weapons drop with their perks at the same rate.

Do i need to do the legendary campaign for EoF in order to get the exotic armors? I heard you can just do the sieve to get it instead

sieve is a guaranteed drop of it just for completing the full thing + you can be loaded into sieve without campaign progress if someone else pulls you in

graviton spike quest also requires a sieve completion

basically you only need to run campaign once in your lifetime

you just hop down the singularity tube and run straight until there's a hallway with a respawning add pack you can just oneshot with gjally on mythic

you also wont get adapter armor until doing the whole mythic kepler questline btw
