The difference is fucking comical these days genuinely, well is only 20% damage resist and 50 health a second heal for 30-40 seconds depending on super stat

Song of flame is 90% damage resist for a base duration of 25 seconds where you get perma radiant, scorching rounds on your guns, and extremely powerful abilities that do have the downside of shortening your super when you cast them, all while you give all your teammates the same benefits and 30% damage resist

At 550 youll still get tier 5 stuff if thats all they are after

Remember crafted gear is roughly t2/t3 equivalent and there's really not a significant gap between that and T5 now

So you could rush to go farm all the dungeon exotics

And not ever have to buy them

But yeah dungeon keys are the biggest scam this game has

I'd recommend trying to farm the dungeon exotics over the next week if you have time

The only gear in them that means anything really is the exotic weapon

Only the two newest dungeons really have relevant legendary gear rn

Most of the dungeon exotics are mid anyway

Buried bloodline, finalitys auger, and maybe hierarchy of needs are really the only useful ones

But yeah I do encourage you to try getting dungeon exotics during this free week

Dungeons aren't that hard and the mechanics are fairly approachable

A lot of people are checkpoint farming them rn too

What does checkpoint farming mean?

They go to the last boss and quit?

Holding a checkpoint at the final encounter and just clearing that

Since you only need to do that for the exotic roll

There's like 6 dungeons total that are part of the dungeon key stuff

But I would say only 2-3 of them are worth going out of your way for

And buried bloodline is pretty good

Master difficulty for dungeons is mostly useless

is surges bugged, I didnt swap any armor pieces only the mods and my armor charges disappear

A couple of the dungeon exotic catalysts drop from clearing master a single time but they stopped doing that too
