So I'm trying to get the facet of dominance which requires having access to the micah quests (unless things have changed) issue is micah as a vendor is not in the lost city, queens 2 and 3 are just not there despite me finishing queens 1 countless times, there are no other vendors other than my ghost and the micah conduit present in the lost city. When I launched the game a couple days ago for the first time since like July, I got a prompt telling me to finish the final shape campaign even though I did.
