a little (very) confused by the returners boon requirements - it says you get it if you didn't make it to level 30 in the previous season (S27) - but wasn't the previous season S28 - Ash & Iron, while S27 was The Edge of Fate? If you do have the returners boon, where does it show up on the UI?

I got high season ranks initially, but again not during ash and iron, when I go to the bungie website and look at the "Previous Pass" I'm only level 8 - but despite that being under level 30, it sounds like I won't get the returners boon as I got higher level on the initial edge of fate season pass?

Trouble completing mission-related bounties. This time its the Raid/Dungeon armor synthesis.
It wants me to clear the final encounter of a raid or dungeon. I've cleared gahlran and necropolis, why is there no progress?
Not the first time either. Clan bounties repeatedly freeze despite meeting all the conditions.
I'm seeing a pattern where any bounty that demands I do a mission doesnt reward me in any respect.

Typically, yes. It is rather heavily outpreformed in PvE, one reason - not the least of which being - that it has no damage buff, and another being that Red Death does everything it does but noticeably better. This is not an exhaustive list of reasons.

In PvE? It does not accomplish very much.

It spent a short time in the limelight after the Lucky Pants PvE rework, but was outclassed even there rather quickly.

I get what you mean, it's the fact that it has rampage style perk but with a really short timer and 5 stacks

It just punishes you too much for trying to use it and the super energy hasn't been notable in a while

I feel like if you need to rely on supers and decide to use juju, clearing ads..it might be faster to use melee or grenade mods.
