but once you have it there's a spot you can just sit and spam gjally and get very frequent drops

they use ammo, they are weapons

There's still some weekly stuff like the portal track but they explicitly wanted to move away from the forcing people to wait for weekly resets to make any progress on anything

It's a big part of why the game has struggled to grow the audience

A lot of this stuff will change again next year as well we don't know rn
