I swapped to one of my presets, then went back and it unlocked. There is still a bug though

I have tried leaving the area, leaving the tower, jumping off of the edge, changing super, sub-supers, to pristamtic, and restarting the game. Ikora shows I have bought them all and I need to meditate. I get the animation when I meditate but the hour glass is still glowing and it won't unlock after the animation. When I leave the area I can meditate again, and get the animation but no unlocks.

Update: I solved the issue by switching to a preset then going back to mediation

Destination chests are... well, golden chests, that you can only ever open one time per character. Each major Destination has a few of them, and you can see small markers on the maps that indicate them.

Pretty sure Lightfall and Final Shape even had finding them as part of quests.
