It depends on the Fragment. Some come from the campaign, some from post-campaign quests and Adventures. Some are found in locations when rerunning mission areas like during the Co-Op Missions, and some are found in patrol in special chests.

Aside from the weapon mods, there’s exotics weapons that intrinsically stun, and then subclass verbs. For example, Devil’s Ruin (exotic sidearm) straight up stuns unstoppable. Then slow and jolt (stasis/arc subclass verbs) can stun an overload.

Bait and switch and marked target does more than Anarchy (not by like a WHOLE lot, it’s like a 100dps difference). Both are obviously not good DPS wise but total damage wise they’re great (Auger is also way better here)

Auger also has the benefit of generating a ton of super energy as well as always being able to hit the target (only really matters for Hydra modeled bosses or bosses that move a lot)

tiers are a new system that allows for more powerful versions of a weapon to exist in a sandbox. you will get higher tiered items as you progress through your guardian ranks and power level. the tiers are displayed by the diamonds under the seasonal/event icon of the item

Challenge Accepted requires 30 challenges, and the only ones that count now are the weekly missions on kepler

only other one I can see being a problem outside that is darkness falls, but only because not a lot of people do nightfalls anymore and it might take a long time for one of the two forsaken strikes to come into rotation
