anything you read about pre-reqs on dual destiny is objectively wrong unless it's doing 1 overthrow in each area -> secret keepers

there are no other requirements and that is to the point that you can get pulled into a pale heart patrol zone by someone else after doing the first mission of tfs and then go unlock dual destiny without even doing past the first campaign mission

The only perk that makes haliaetus anything past a 7/10 rocket is cluster bombs

Cluster Bombs + Bipod/Elemental Honing/Aggregate Charge/Reaper's Tithe is what you want

Cluster is in the third column so it can run it with either a damage perk or bipod, and it has a unique synergy with the origin trait that makes it regen absurd amounts of ability energy

Which makes it very powerful for grenade spam

As a pure rocket without abusing the origin trait it sucks because it's a high impact frame

That let you just directly buy one of many weapons

I can’t seem to scale my power or have a decent build.
Im a solar hunter with 335 power but unlike other hunters my hunter seems weak AF I can’t do anything I have no damage output and I’m getting tired trying to get better

I watch YouTube builds I farm I do everything I have masterwork full items I have exotics that match my build but it seems like I’m still no match

I don’t get how this stat thing works and even when I build like the guides it doesn’t work good enough

Sorry forgot to finish what I was saying, envious assassin looks good but it takes too much setup to do anything and once you dump the rockets in a dps scenario its done, perks like auto loading holster, grave robber, or envious arsenal let you pretty much shoot the same amount of rockets in a similar amount of time but you can also just keep doing that until empty

If you want to purely dump rockets that's better done by a rocket with a perk like clown cartridge

So technically 10 power now is equivalent to max power last expansion

So anything from last expansion or before they just disabled power on since power doesn't scale over the level of an activity anyway

And since drops consider stuff that isn't equipped, even as far as the portal goes a lot of people just do this with their drops

Since like for example, grandmaster difficulty is 400 power with a fixed -25 power delta

So once you hit 375 there is literally no need to infuse anything until 470 power where you hit the cap for ultimate difficulty

(except for conquests which are sometimes in between)

generally there's only a few weapons people like to use at any one given point, and the VERY general guide for rolls is a damage perk and a utility perk. armour is much simpler since it runs down to what stats you need for any one given build. for pve you can generally avoid the health stat, and the weapons stat for pvp.

they're not essential but if you REALLY feel like chasing a god roll you could go for them

armor-wise you really should be able to tell if the stats are desirable for you or not

if you arent dropping t4/t5 armor a majority of what you get is trash and you will replace it soon anyway

once you do start getting t5 armor you can still just assume most of it is trash because if you need a specific archetype + tertiary + tuning it's only like, a 1/24 to drop it on kepler
