• Any armor piece is transmoggable as long as it is not an Exotic and can only be equipped on legendary armor.

How and where do I spend transmog currency?
• Claim your completed bounties which will grant you Synthweave, which when turned in to the loom, will finally let you unlock universal ornaments.

Damage buffs are done just by multiplying the effect with each other but damage resist has to calculate it differently to make sense and prevent stacking over 100%

Other damage buffs are multiplicative, meaning you have to multiply the percentage increase rather than adding:

1.15 * 1.25 * 1.30 = 1.86, so an 86% damage increase

Damage resist works similarly but instead of 25% meaning you multiply something by 1.25, you’re multiplying it by the reduced you’re receiving, 75%, so 0.75

In any case, Cynosure from Zavala is basically free if you have some cores, it can roll Tracking Module in the 3rd column and you can get some decent damage perks in the 4th, like Explosive Light or Desperate Measures, etc
