Power doesn't matter for this. If they're out-DPS'ing you, review their loadout. If they're not out-DPS'ing you, they're likely the reason why you're 5-phasing. If they're out-DPS'ing you and they have the same loadout as you, then either you're dying between getting 20 stacks and starting damage or you're not landing the shot.

im an achievement hunter with a couple of questions:

1. Does anyone know if they intend to fix the "Challenge Accepted" Achievement. I saw in the patch notes they fixed Belly of the Beast and The Prestige, but Challenge Accepted still seems to be broken.
2. How do I get the Light Reforged quest. Ive see seen a lot of conflicting info on this online. Some people say you have to complete A Gaurdian Rises quest, others say finish Beyond Light Quest, Some say you have to do a specific strike first. All of these are very old and seem outdated, so how do I get it in 2025 (my character is from last year)
3. Triumphs and Collections. There are 2 achievements related to Triumphs (Earn 5,000 triumph points and Complete a triumph seal) and 1 Related to Collections (Complete a collections badge). What are the easiest way to get triumph points and what are the easiest triumph seal and collections badge to finish? (Note im very close to completing some of the collection badges for some of the raids, but is there an easier one to complete than doing the raid over and over again hoping for the right drops?)

For "Light Reforged" you will need to have to completed The Disgraced Strike, then head to the Tower to pick up the quest from Shaxx. For the "Challenge Accepted", it still seems broken. For Triumphs, well, you just gotta find ones that seem more doable for you.

Had it been like one of the old expansions, it would've had two. As is, they've split the content between one raid in one expansion and one dungeon in the expansion after. Edge of Fate gets the raid, Renegades gets the dungeon
