You can craft it at the Enclave in Savathun's Throne World

It allows you some ability to change what the weapon does. It's less effective on Exotics because they're meant to be mostly static, but on legendaries that are craftable it's great

If you don’t have some of these weapons then they take priority over Slammer until you’ve obtained them all

As for stormcaller, chaos reach super with electrostatic mind and the arc turret aspect is really good. Pair it with an exotic weapon like coldheart or delicate tomb and use Geomag Stabilizers for your exotic armor

You could wait for a sale and get one of the big bundles for cheap. The Final Shape is arguably the best bang for your buck. The Edge of Fate is the most recent and will give you access to Trials if you like PVP

Prismatic Solar with celestial & still hunt is still very powerful. There’ll also be a power catch-up chest Oct 14 that’ll boost everyone to 300 light, the same update will also improve the power climb.

Adepts were sunset to allow the new tier system to take over. Loot is based on your power level and GR now. Adepts are now equivalent to tier 3.

There is no need to keep this discourse going. There isn't really a solid source for advanced weapon stats right now, as yes, foundry has not been updated in a while, so if it's incorrect that's not surprising.
Light.gg is an acceptable source nonetheless, regarding perks and such, which the user was also asking about.

coldheart is a world drop exotic and cannot really be farmed. Just play the game a bunch and you'll have it in not time.
