As far as "can enhance" goes, it's any non-craftable legendary weapon introduced in Year 7. So if it has a TFS/Echoes/Revenant/Heresy icon and isn't craftable, it's enhanceable.

Enhancement was hard-deprecated (no new enhanceable weapons) and Crafting was soft-deprecated (exactly 1 new craftable weapon was introduced) with Edge of Fate. The new Tier system is The Thing for weapons now.

Legendary Weapons and Armor as of July 15 roll with a specific tier (1-5, with 5 being best). For armor, the higher the tier, the larger the total stat pool can be (with Tier 5 guaranteed 75 total stats and has a mod slot capable of some minor tuning on top of that). For weapons higher tiers enhance columns of perks and add perk rows. So a Tier 5 weapon will be more likely to be the roll you want, but not necesarily a better roll than a Tier 2 or 3

Here's what happened:
I played on Xbox. I had the dlc to the game on Xbox.
I switched to pc. I did not have the dlc on pc.
Duality said "requires x dlc".
I buy Duality.
It takes my cipher, engram, and glimmer, and it did the pop-up on the right side of the screen to show I got the weapon.
I check my inventory, and vault, even used DIM to search, and it's not anywhere to be found.

This isn't the only bug I've run into either. I have Graviton Forfeit in my inventory, but when I go to Rahool, it says I need to unlock the item in collections first

I don't like most of the weapons in the game, I don't like how exotics can't be transmogged, I don't like how everything is locked behind raids that can't be matchmade, I don't like how there's immune phases in pretty much every fight, I don't like puzzles, I don't like small-chance rng, I don't like how useless my favorite super is (ward of dawn), I don't like how there's not a superpowered stationary turret super (not like warlocks weak turrets, but a massive-area defense autoturret), I don't like how all the colors are locked in sets instead of separate colors, I don't like how sparrows are completely obsolete, I don't like how the game doesn't tell you what to do half the time (looking at you Kristov exotic that made me fight all the area bosses multiple times cuz i missed ONE pick up n the game didn't tell me which boss was left to kill), I don't like (but do understand) that prismatic wasn't a full choose-any-ability-you-want subclass, and I don't like the long loading screens that shift screens just to be more loading screens.

But.
It's my best friend's favorite game, and the build customizability is second to none, and that's my biggest weakness.

It was a change to Shatter, not chill clip specifically. iirc the slow would stun Overload and the shatter would stun Unstoppable, now both the slow and shatter only effect Overload.

Dungeons (and Raids) are more mechanically demanding than most Destiny content, both in the depth of the mechanics themselves, and the little to no information the game directly gives you about them. Part of the experience is learning what you have to do.

There's 2 DLCs this year. One came out in July (Edge of Fate) and one's coming out in December (Renegades). Generally speaking the best way to get familiar with D2 is play through the campaigns.

Hello, I just bought Edge of fate dlc and was able to play fine for about 3 days. Now when i try to play my game will freeze and boot me back to desktop. I was wondering if anyone knows of a fix and if Bungie Knows about this problem. I tried updating drivers and bios, Reinstalling battle, and have not found a fix yet

As far as dlc order

Beyond light -> witch queen -> lightfall (Neptune) -> final shape (pale heart) -> edge of fate (kepler)

To start lightfall it should just be clicking Neptune on the map

Usually the first time you click a planet it's doing the first campaign mission before you get access

90 light right now is like well above the max power of final shape so power basically doesn't matter for any content in that dlc

Khvostov is just a bit of a grind so good luck lol

Make sure to unlock dual destiny at the same time since you have to spam overthrows anyway to get all the motes

You have to do the whole cyst questline and kill every overthrow boss + grab a bunch of collectables across the map

You should probably just play prismatic for doing the campaign though

You unlock it right at the start and the mechanics expect you to be on it to deal with prismatic shielded enemies

Otherwise you have to sit in the prismatic puddle of shame

I would just run prismatic regardless of class since you still have a functional kit and the missions sort of expect you to have Transcendence
