If "others" wasn't a typo and you truly meant other players' chars, that's not really a thing in D2.

Ensure that it's still enabled and that which ever account has your characters (I'm assuming PC) is selected. Then ensure you're properly logged on to your PS5 so it updates the character info correctly. The errors suggest you had some sort of connection issue

I believe you need to have something to allow you to become Amplified. The Arc subclass has that option intrinsically, but things like the Artifact, Modifiers, or ally abilities can grant it as well
