Yes, but expansion ownership doesn't cross platforms, even from Epic to Steam or vice versa.

Full DLCs such as expansions and the 30th Anniversary pack do not sync via cross save. You will have to re-purchase on linked platforms if you want to play that content (including accessing Strand and Prismatic).

From my experience, getting an A score unlocked it, and every clear after that that was an A score unlocked the catalysts and intrinsics. After abt 4 clears you should be ready to level it up and go reshape it

From a logic standpoint, you are using the weapon to attack so it makes sense for glaive melee to scale off weapon... just like sword.

You can see what your multiplier iss even before you launch. It's based off your power, your equipped new gear, and any active multiplier boosts from the paid pass

So the rando with the higher multiplier is higher power, further on the season pass, has more new gear equipped than you, or all of the above.

And their score is still relative. If you didn't get an A, they almost certainly didn't, either.

So my usual workflow is to use D2AP as the starting point, then create the build in DIM. You can then go into the Loadout Optimizer to set the D2AP stuff in there.

When I'm making a loadout initially, I stub out the fragments and stuff in a DIM loadout, then use D2AP to do the rest of the work. When it's done, I put everything in the DIM loadout. Then you can go into the Loadout Optimizer for that DIM Loadout to set the stats you have and make your current stats the baseline.

I am a returning player whom hasn't played in several years, when I last played Crafting Weapons wasn't a thing, just giving context of my confusion. I have completed the quest to unlocking the Crafting now, and I have recently acquired the hand cannon called Rose from Banshee-44, which has locked perks on it with no other options, however I was able to spend a large amount of Enhancement Cores to Enhance the weapon, which has given it a level and said it would grant access to additional Mods, and I have come to understand that weapons that have a level can be modified at the Crafting station. However, the weapon is still locked to the specific set of Perks and is not showing up at the Crafting device. Do I just need to level it up a bunch first, if so what level? or have I wasted my resources trying to gain access to different perks on this thing?

I use DIM, but the way I do it is choose my aspects/frags that I know I want, the exotic I want, and make all my legendary gear masterworked for highest stats available. Then I choose DIM to choose the stats I want to focus on

They've been de-prioritizing it since Echoes. Being able to quickly (compared to pure RNG days) get the exact roll you want killed repeatability for the people whose job it is to play D2 and lowered engagement metrics. Higher tier weapons are the current way to improve your ability to get the roll you want.

So what about matchmade masters when im a 393? Im debating trying it out because it says the same reward forecast as GM, but im assuming you cannot get the points needed in masters. There's no objectives like in solo ops that could bring it down.

Base score has nothing to do with difficulty. The risk in fireteam ops is randos rushing the bosses. Objective-based ops (Solo/Pinnacle) are way more reliable

So I just got cheated by the game, I just got an exotic engram and was looking at the exotic armours that can be acquired with them and a cipher, and I accidently bumped my mouse which made it click and for some reason that particular menu does not have the hold to confirm claim feature and it instantly bought a random piece of armour I didn't want, which I would have rather rolled the dice on it without spending a cipher in the process... Is there anything I can do to revert this?
