Nothing beats Encore but its disabled likely getting a rework to make it harder because its too easy.

I tested all 4 with my group and although we could be faster on kells due to to lack of portal knowledge memorized it was about these times for us.

13-15 minutes for Encore (3 loot)
10-13 minutes for Starcrossed (2 loot)
15-18 minutes for Kells Fall (2 loot)
15-18 minutes for Whisper (1 loot)

i have a friend at rank 7 and it still says tier 4

so you must have to be guardian rank 8 or some shit for tier 5s
