Swings and Roundabouts, the game has a lot of really good features and some parts that keep people wanting to play, but there are also a lot of issues that happen with the game (stemming from how the game is managed)

My biggest advice is to enjoy the game, and try not to let the negativity you see put a downer on you wanting to enjoy the game - things have been like this before, and things do generally improve
