Theoretically, yes. Old armor and weapons are still very usable in the new system, though stat conversions and mod changes might have affected some of your builds. Being under light will definitely make the raid harder, but as long as one person is above the recommended level, they'll drag the rest of the fireteam up.

Depends on your build, there is no best option like with the previous system.

Lots of people have been having issues with the Series S/X, unfortunately no great solutions that I've found so far. You could try clearing the cache and make sure it's not overheating.

If so, no you can only have one and once the season ends it's deactivated
