Is it even possible right now to get into the side door at the beginning of The Arms Dealer Strike to get to the Distress Beacon to start the questline for the Dead Man's Tale? Because I've been trying to do this for literally 2 hours now, and even in the times I do magically get a game that starts from the beginning, the door will not open
