lighthouse passage = as the name implies the passage that lets you go when you have 7 wins on your card flawless or not. The catch being that lighthouse loot is now determined by your highest streak when you go flawless. The streak rewards are not repeatable and are once per character

glows are tied to your highest streak when you go flawless

5 wins = yellow, 6 = white, 7 = red

cosmetics are still rng from the lighthouse chest or flawless lighthouse passage which is unlocked after you get a true 7 streak with no losses. can’t go to the lighthouse on the flawless passage but every win gives you “points” that goes towards the cosmetics and it’s guaranteed after a certain amount of points

Legendary is mostly for the challenge and for getting raid ready. It's purposefully meant to give you terrible loot at the end of missions because it's sole purpose is infusion fodder. At the very end, though, if you complete all of them, you get a free exotic for the class you completed it on.

When you first start Court of Blades, you run past some statutes before fighting the first enemies. Return there after your first boss fight and you can spend runes.

Why is X not dropping?
It's RNG. No, the game is not bugged for you, or broken, it's simply bad luck.

• Bungie does not publish drop rates.
• We don't know how many estimated runs it will take for a specific item to drop.
• We do not know how much drop-rate-boosting triumphs contribute either, since we don't know the base drop rate.
• Runs are all separate environments. A 1/3 chance does not mean you get the loot you want one out of three times, it just means there is that percentage of chance whenever you run the activity that you get said loot.
• Perks are not weighted. All weapons drop with their perks at the same rate.
