If it was a NAT error, it'd mention NAT in the error message. You seem to be ignoring the fact that there's a whole stack of networking infrastructure between your computer and Bungie's servers, with plenty of points of failure along the route. If you've done everything in Bungie's network troubleshooting, then your best bet would be to contact your ISP as it's unlikely to be on Bungie's end for you to experience it for multiple weeks and be the only person to report it.

Any extra legendary class items would be a good start since existing legendary class items aren't getting converted to 3.0 so basically your first legendary class item on/after the 15th will be significantly better. Any destination mats you have been using to convert into emergency glimmer. Anything you've kept as infusion fodder and just haven't cleaned out yet.

You should be using QB, a decent Fusion like Scatter/Zealot, Well, and at least 1 Arc Surge mod. As soon as you land in the arena, sprint to the left box and drop a Well in front of the box. The teleport beam can't hit you and you're close enough to avoid entropy, so just unload QB into the boss. He'll TP to 2, which you can still hit from your Well, so keep unloading into him. You will be building Entropy during this time, but no need to worry, the boss should teleport around 5 stacks, letting you move up to the next Well spot to the right of 3. Given that RotN is supercharging abilities, you should have Well up, so drop it there and start unloading your Fusion into the boss at 3 and 4. You should be close enough that you won't be building Entropy. What you do at 5 is going to depend on you. If you're out of ammo, you can quickly kill adds and collect ammo. Or you can just dump your primary into the boss. Whatever you decide, When the boss TPs to 6, put your Well in either of the other two spots and unload whatever you have left into him.

Fourthly: Power is being reset next week when the new expansion launches and we'll all be put at the new Power floor

It's the only void legendary rocket sidearm we have in the game, and rocket sidearms are, at their worst, solid weapons. You ulnock it from Nightfalls (the higher the difficulty the higher the chance of drop)

It's the NF weapon this week. Worth is subjective. Generally speaking, it's a good idea to get a good roll of basically any rocket sidearm

It appears that Grasp still has the old dungeon farming behavior (can only farm for previously acquired gear), so if there's a weapon you're hoping for and you haven't run it on all 3 classes this week, running it back on your alts would give you a chance of the weapon dropping and then you can farm on whichever class you prefer. If you're hoping for weapons then your best bet is to run it on your preferred class each week between featured weeks to increase your odds of it being in your collections next time it's featured.

There are only 2 random rolled exotic weapons: Hawkmoon and Ergo Sum. All other exotic weapons are either static rolled or craftable.

That applies upgrades to specific artifact perks

They activate when you start a Tome of Want "ritual" (target focus a specific drop) and stay active until the ritual ends (you get all of the drops the target focus will give before you have to start a new one; varies per drop)

Up until now, no. All we'd lose would be artifact bonus power. Starting with the new content cycle that changes a bit. With the new system 10-200 is the normal power grind. 200-450 is seasonal power which will reset when seasons end (which is also when new expansions release)

D2AP assumes you know generally what you want, and the more you know you want you want, the better it can do. Also, you're best off setting stats you don't care about to 0

That way it's not sacrificing the stats you care about in the name of stats you don't

Those are bugged. I'd recomend turning off the recommend vendor gear since there's still lingering references to an event vendor that's been gone since before Heresy, which is that's from. If there's Xur armor pieces you think might be relevant, burn the strange coins to add them to your pool
