I would vote the Deep Stone Crypt. It's more exciting than VoG, visually interesting. It can be practiced in Seraph Shield or Vesper's Host, and you cannot be carried - you have to learn the mechanics, which is a good thing.

It's easy to learn, but fun and exciting.

If you mean the Harmonisers, yes, you can brute force it that way.

VoG is just good for learning the ropes of how raids work, the fact they have mechanics, revive tokens, that stuff

if you’re not doing the day 1 raid there’s no reason to bounty prep

2. No need to bounty stack unless you are planning on doing the contest raid.
3. Bounty stacking has no effect on current levels, only future ones.

If you want to take advantage of Arc as a Titan, ideally you you're running Storm's Keep (for DPS) and Knockout (for survival). Cuirass of the Falling Star is good for generic boss damage. Hazardous Propulsion is good if you're using a rocket rotation. Insurmountable Skullfort for add clear / survivability.
