So you're going to look for a quest on Europa labeled "Na-Veskirisk". Finish that and a mission should unlock on Nessus titled "A Meteoric Rise". Finish that. Then, in your quests tab at the top, there should be a quest called "Legacy: Act I". Follow this and you will unlock the armor.

Red Borders can appear randomly any time that weapon drops, either from an activity or vendor. The exception is from weapons you buy with Spoils of Conquest. Sometimes certain activities and vendors will give guaranteed red borders once per week. You can also "create" Red Borders by using a Deepsight Harmonizer on a non-RB drop of that weapon to give it a Red Border. However, each weapon is a one-time use, so you'll need to have 5 copies of the weapon and 5 Deepsight Harmonizers if you want 5 patterns.

You can check which weapons are craftable in Collections, or you can use a 3rd party site like engram.blue.

You don't need to play Crucible, it's just one of the activities you can do. Go into your inventory, click on the Tome of Want, add whatever activity/reward you want to focus on, and spend 5 Essence of Desire to power it on. As you power up the Tome (by doing the things it says), it'll give you rewards and complete the quest.

does anybody know if the weekly exotic missions (Starcrossed this week) drop their armor on repeated runs? I've only gotten a piece of armor the first time I've done normal and legend

It's RNG unfortunately, but it can drop. I'd recommend farming normal

if that's the best jolting weapon you got, sure

if you have that gun with Strategist + jolting feedback on the prismatic (where you using ascension for jolt)

it's really good

It's the only legendary gun that supports that playstyle, as far as I know.
Some guns might have Strategist and Voltshot (like the Echo hand cannon?), but Jolting Feedback is better in harder content, in my opinion.

Handcannon.

Sunshot also applies Scorch, which can help out with some Solar subclass Fragment synergy.

Mostly though it just depends on what your build prefers

handcanon, sunhot has innate explosive payload.
also it can cause scorch which will work with subclass buff.

While graviton void explosion is just... explosion.

Otherwise, it depends on the artifact.

In a void season, Graviton (with volatide round?) maybe same or better depends on who you ask

Yes. Titans and Warlocks obviously don't have a Cloak, they have their own class item, so it's the Class Item Slot

You have to kill Secret Wizards in the Pale Heart. You can do this part solo, I'd highly recommend watching a guide. Once you've done all that and unlocked the mission "Dual Destiny", you'll need another person to run it with. Once you've completed that mission, you'll get the Exotic Class item and can farm for more of them solo.

Will primsatic get nerfed ? Bec from my experince you get too much value out of it? It can go with everything and if you have weapons to fill up the gauge fast then its just spamming
