Complete an overthrow and move towards the lost sector in that area. The prompt should appear to find the wizards you need to kill. Do all three. Go to the Blooming where a giant green pillar will appear in the sky. Follow that until you reach a crystal cavern and remember this location. You’re going to keep going forward until a pair of bosses appear. You’ll have to get them to half health to drop an item. Bring that item back to the crystal cavern. There should be two circles, one with an orangish column and one with a whitish column above you. Put the white item with the white column and the orange item with the orange column. This will unlock Dual Destiny.

The point of Delicate is that it generates a lot of Ionic Traces. This is good for the Geomag Stabilizers Warlock boots because every Ionic Trace you collect with them, grants 7% Super Energy on Chaos Reach.

There's two things that could possibly be what you're talking about. There's weapon crafting (where you create an initial weapon, and can level it via kills or by spending currency to let you choose different perks) or there's weapon enhancing (where you get a weapon and opt to enhance it and then can level it via kills or by spending currency to increase the enhancement tier). Craftable weapons cannot be enhanced (and vice versa), and not every weapon is in one of the categories.

Not sure what you're trying to ask. If you want to "fly" without having to do any of the weird tricks to fly with a sparrow, then a Skimmer is your only choice. If you mean anything else, then 🤷

Then I passed fireteam leader to someone else, swapped to my hunter during the loading screen, then when I joined the fireteam we were all at the 1st checkpoint

I vaguely remember some activities having issues with checkpoints in FTF, but that could've been back during FTF's beta. But the surest way to do what you're trying to do is to take it slower. Load in on your Titan, invite the people you're running with. One at least one person is physically in-world, make them fireteam leader, swap to your Hunter, re-join. Start the ecnounter and immeidately wipe. Go to oribt and verify your Hunter now has a checkpoint. Then change back to Titan (or whichever character you intend to run the encounter on) load back in and do it for real.

2. 200 seems to be closest to the soft cap in today's current setup
3. 450 is the seasonal cap, but 200 is the persistent cap
