A stupid question... why can't Bungie just make the lore playable one after the other like before? Pinnacle only refers to the power level something drops at and has no specific loot pool. In the current state of the game, there is no reason to worry about that as you can instantly get to the highest power possible by opening your destination tab, going to Eternity in the top right, and then to Rite of the Nine.

Yeah, this is an especially annoying bug, too, since there's zero indication that it's a thing and it's been a problem since Revenant launched. The theory is that Revenant's prologue blocks Echoes because HELM is the main base for Echoes and Revenant starts with it being shot down.
