Not a lot of good sinks unfortunately. You can buy raid banners or upgrade/craft weapons. If you really want to hang onto it, claim a bunch of sparrows/ships from collections and throw them in your vault. Then shard them when you want the glimmer back

It's RNG. No, the game is not bugged for you, or broken, it's simply bad luck.

• Bungie does not publish drop rates.
• We don't know how many estimated runs it will take for a specific item to drop.
• We do not know how much drop-rate-boosting triumphs contribute either, since we don't know the base drop rate.
• Runs are all separate environments. A 1/3 chance does not mean you get the loot you want one out of three times, it just means there is that percentage of chance whenever you run the activity that you get said loot.
• Perks are not weighted. All weapons drop with their perks at the same rate.

That said it's not about them being updated (the normal, non event versions are unchanged so far) so much as just that Spire is easy so its a good way for beginners to learn about general dungeon mechanics and Ghosts has some desireable loot as well

Spire got a few changes regarding needing to do the circuits in a specific order

There's three difficulties, being explore (has matchmaking and tooltips to teach the encounter, also infinite respawns), eternity (normal dungeon difficulty + the changes) and ultimatum (somewhere between master and contest)

That is a totally different thing to what I said. No, that's false.

Dungeons and Raids provide high stat armour as rewards, as well as events, and very often Episodic/Seasonal rewards. Episode Echoes at the moment is a very consistent and effective source of high stat armour, when focusing specific armour slots at Failsafe in the HELM.

Of course, armour is being totally reworked next DLC, so farming it at this time isn't necessary.

Eternity is not meaningfully more difficult than the normal version of the dungeon, and in Ghosts case is arguably easier due to the tweaks they made.

If you don't kill a screeb, it should still be there when you reload, so (at least in theory) you should be to farm the section before the first encounter. If you kill the screeb and/or it end up not coming back on a reload, you'll want to full-clear it

It's RNG. No, the game is not bugged for you, or broken, it's simply bad luck.

• Bungie does not publish drop rates.
• We don't know how many estimated runs it will take for a specific item to drop.
• We do not know how much drop-rate-boosting triumphs contribute either, since we don't know the base drop rate.
• Runs are all separate environments. A 1/3 chance does not mean you get the loot you want one out of three times, it just means there is that percentage of chance whenever you run the activity that you get said loot.
• Perks are not weighted. All weapons drop with their perks at the same rate.
