If you rank Rahool up enough to reset him you can focus any exotic you have access to, acquired or not. Ranking up Rahool requires opening prime engrams and opening/focusing exotic engrams.

Has anyone had issues completing the CHOIR: ETERNAL quest? I have literally completed the whole entire mission on both standard and expert difficulty, grabbing all of the chests in both difficulties. Despite redoing everything multiple times, the only part of the quest that I have checked off is the completion of the mission on expert. The part where I have to loot the first secret chest is still yet to be completed even though I have done the step multiple times.

People use Warden's Law mostly because of Vorpal, adding a free +20% damage to any target worth using Lucky Pants on. Unloved could match this, but it'd require setup through either Elemental Honing or Paracausal Affinity.

As for the rest of a Lucky Pants build, most folks run it on Gunslinger or Prismatic Hunter for the Radiant boost.

Sure, but Dungeons have a higher focus on DPS. Lucky Pants got a rework a while back that gave it less DPS, but more ease of use. You'd want to make sure you've got a solid DPS loadout for it. Lots of weapon swapping.
The play used to be Revenant for lots of shattering damage if you wanted pure DPS for Lucky Pants, but I haven't checked the meta for it since Final Shape, Prismatic, and the rework.

Having a Strict NAT means you are now likely to have problems matching with other players (the solo lobby stuff mentioned earlier). The fact that flushing DNS (which has nothing to do with open/closed ports which is all that NAT is about) did that means either you've been having a NAT issue all along or whatever you did to flush DNS was more destructive than that.

so that you dont run out of time
