A quick tldr of what happened, on the 7th my isp sent a message that they would do maintenance on the 10th, and a few hours after that message was sent, my internet started randomly slowing down and disconnecting

It's now almost the 14th, they sent a technician which did find some corroded parts, those got replaced which did fix all the mass frequency errors I was having, but not the random disconnects

Now there's 2 possible reasons for the random disconnects and unstable internet

1. It's my telecommunications pedestal that's damaged (it is bent and has all the cables exposed from under it which isn't how it should be)
2. Some cable farther down the line was done wrong and it's causing the disconnects during random times
