tbh until more info comes out the only thing of note they said was "GPU Directed Work Graph Execution" which has been a dx12 preview feature since 2023 and had an initial production launch in 2024 that only supported rx7000 and later for amd and rtx30 series or later for nvidia
it just sounds like they are finally doing something with a lot of the stuff they've pushed to dx12 in the last couple years that hasnt really been used much in gaming yet as consoles didnt have the hardware support

seems like dx12 is moving a little closer to vulkan and finally implementing SPIR-V for shaders
a lot of the push seems to be for improving the performance of raytracing and all the AI/ML based rendering tech popping up rn
