oracle 1 is like... 30th percentile

so not avg but probably the line for "high elo"

seems like it was more like 25%th percentile before

so it does look like they flattened the elo curve a bit since lower elos got too packed

im guessing game quality got destroyed since so many new players all were in lower elo ranges

she feels so fucking useless at neutral and then she uses her burst fire ability and chunks you for half your health

and then her ult makes her just 1v4 unless you stack a ton of lockdown counter items just for her

i expect her disarm to get removed

she's close to being balanced but it feels like the kind of BS calico does to you

where you just die for being on her screen at the wrong time and she's not even up money

venator is the most balanced one at release so far

his ult is super strong but i think it's street brawl making people feel like it's too good

They gave it a massive buff not too long ago. It's top tier for the Rupture Strain since it's explosive damage, meaning it kicks them out of burrowing. It's surprisingly big damage, staggers enemies in its generous AoE, the arc means you can fire over cover and hills.
