I prefer separation of effects. Nova should "volatile" and devour. Tether should be weaken maybe with invisible and bubble theoretically should be overshield and suppression

The DR is still huge, the healing is strong, the Well is hard to break, and it has Lingering Radiant
Realistically it hasn't been nerfed in a meaningful way, but buffed, outside of the most severe PvE damage scenarios

The Suppression would be nearly useless. Helm of Saint-14 already has a similar effect on cast and it's basically useless.
