i want to run a project which has php version of 7.1 and laravel version of 5.8 the version i am using is of php version is of 8.2 and laravel 11
how to switch the versions for php in the windows ?
i have tried

laravel herd but it supports 7.4 least
-laragon is paid
-laravel valet is for macOS mostly
