This error only occurs on my PC but on my laptop it is fine and normal

Probably you haven't set up your credentials in the env file?

The project might have been cloned again in my repository and is now functioning normally. I suspect the error was due to not updating Composer, but I'm not entirely sure because I haven't installed anything new and it was working on my PC previously
