@halcyon parrot You've already been told this, can you stop promoting your own youtube video? You keep posting the same thing over and over again. You've been warned about this, we've contacted you about this. If you don't stop with this we'll have to take further action.

I am wanting to be corrected

#

Genuinely good criticism

No you're not, you just keep posting the same thing again and again

#

You just keep advertising your own video

halcyon parrot
#

I also see a lot of people asking how to install laravel on local host

mossy obsidian
#

Then answer those people? But instead you keep posting your own material unrelated to anything, even in #1019646242709569617, which is to receive help, not to promote your own content

Okay fairs, just wanted to understand the criticism in the last thread

#

They were explaining the tutorial is incorrect

mossy obsidian

So you decide to post your video again? That's like the fourth time you've posted the same thing.

Third

#

Yes I was hoping for a response

#

You closed my last one

Then ask a genuine question. You're just sending your video, so people need to watch that video before being able to help you, gaining you views. Seems like that's all you've done here, post your video to get views on it.

I mean I just wanted the question answered, I don’t care so much for the views… that video I made was based off of something I struggled with

This is a text based support channel

I don’t care so much for the views
And still you keep posting the same link over and over again, with little to no text, so people have to watch that video.. sure..
Like I said, ask a genuine question, you can do that without linking to the video. Explain what you've changed, how you've set things up.

Like using apache?

#

It was not for deployment ofcourse

You were installing Laravel in subdirectories so “public” was visible in the URL, and there were other things people pointed out.

#

So yes, you’ve had your “questions” answered already, yet you just keep posting the video over and over by the sounds of it.
