Livewire has its own community, and it's just one of the many ways to work with Laravel. Not everyone here uses Livewire, but it's fair to assume everyone uses Laravel, as the server is targeted towards that.
Just because it's on a subdomain of Laravel doesn't mean it's a first party thing.

I also heavily assume Caleb and Taylor talk privately, if Caleb wanted to move his community here I'm sure they'd figure that out without our involvement.
