i was assigned a homework to make a simple app that wiorks like:
Do you have blocked nose ?
Are you coughing ?
Do you have a flu ?
Is your temperature above 28c ?
Then you are healthy (if all is no)
Then you are sick (if some condition is true)
etc..

not everyone is smart enough to start from scratch, some need examples for them to start building,
this is my first time using laravel which is why i need an example for me to begin with.
