I would assume that the HTML is the code of your INDEX method, tho you have no route pointing to your index

no idea what route/method you are hitting, shit like that

describe the issue better and show only the relevant parts, not your whole thing

I think the error occurs when redirecting from the store method. No variable $guru is passed to the template at that point.
