#Are there mods for community made campaign missions?

I absolutely loved Stranded. High seas was also incredible because I had to innovate and create and explore. Even Airborne was fun, tho less so because it was quite a bit easier than the others, and focused so heavily on combat. But the space expansion was a huge let down. No incentive to explore and no limitations on blocks or power cores.

My question is: are there mods or community content that introduce limitations/incentives or missions to the space sector and or other maps?

making a map and objectives for it is difficult because it requires skills in those areas, plus knowing how to make a tm mod

i wanna try making a low poly terrain model as a guide and then using prefabs to do the actual terrain but ive never gotten around to it

Right now I've set a personal challenge to create a vehicle that can retrieve/transport FIVE salvage from High Seas at the same time. Having a REASON to build a big semi, or a cargo plane, or a heavy lift helicopter, that excites me.

hey so as the other guy said, please continue this. i wanna give some tips for UX. don't tell players what to do, show them. establish how to play the game in-world and not in-your-face. you can maybe have some arrows especially with the newer yellow/blue arrow prefabs we got recently in a mini-tutorial area, but then from there you have to first find something on your own to get, and then itll point you in a general direction, and maybe a low-flying arrow pointing at the deliver point. if you really want, make some bumpy offroad trails on some difficult missions

i really wanna see some more campaigns in this game, especially ones that arent just "shoot enemy. pickup BIRD. return BIRD. repeat." or "have the entire game available to you to pickup these regular bits of salvage". limit the player by either making the trails small enough, or detonating blocks that arent allowed and displaying a subtle message saying "you can't use __ block! remove them from your vehicle."

#

i wanna truly and purely pick up a box, and take a genuinely difficult offroad trail in a damn functional truck, and then be rewarded for it. a lot of games really dont feel difficult and if they are it usually doesn't pay off too well.

hell you could probably even make a system to "buy" blocks by not detonating them on spawn
