Transmutation spell

A spell crafted using the scroll of Transmutation to grant more choice over the castıng. Up to 2 choose-ables + cancel. Just like how Scroll of Enchantment works. Expensive crafting maybe even requires a special item. My idea would be to "a rare metal" that drops from (placeholder) and given by Troll Blacksmith as completation reward but for free.
