AThe staff will inflict blindness for a short while on enemies that are swapped with the player. At higher levels it may inflict vertigo & the lengthen the duration of both effects.
Does not work if it targets a wall or empty space, but will refund the charge spent.
Works with barrels & plants without triggering or destroying them.
Stationary creatures are immune to the effect, cancelling it out if targetted.
Boss enemies resist the dizziness & blindness this staff inflicts, cutting their durations down if not immune already.
Allies will be swapped, but not inflicted with vertigo or blindness.
