Warden boost plants and it not boosting overgrowth plants doesn't make sense

in comments for Overgrown.java, Evan says, that this is intentional to not make the curse act like incredibly good enchantment

it's the same level of limitation as scroll talents not being proc by spellbook

it's more straightforward to not just allow effects to proc out of commonly accessible, free sources, than to nerf every effect to account to make such sources balanced
