CAP-ITA-LIS
Every item and chest aside from keys and gold will have to be bought instead of simply picked up
Every boss drops floor * 300 coins on death
Shops are removed, ankh and bag item will spawn randomly on the floor instead
Alchemise spell is banned for the challenge
FLA-MEM-ORE
The player has permanent levitation which cannot be removed normally
Hostile champions challenge is on by default and cannot be disabled
Every champion will be blazing
Water stages will be replaced by grass stages
Aqua blast, brimstone glyph and elixir of dragon blood are banned for the challenge
Levitation and storm cloud potions are converted into alch energy on generation
AME-RIC-ANS
Start the game with a gun, 1-3 ammo can be found on each floor. Can hold up to 6 ammo.
Potions of haste, ring of haste, or anything that that increases speed will get you pulled over by the cops. it will take 12 turns and doing anything other than waiting will be seen as you trying to run away or start a fight, and you will be taken to jail and be softlocked forever. I wanted to make a stupid duelist joke here but I chose not to, if ykyk.
Reaching a 6-hit combo with the gun will send you into "Free Bird" mode, giving you unlimited ammo, 3x speed, 3x attack speed, and Vertigo effect, all for 10-30 turns.
Fireworks are now craftable with a bomb and a stone of shock. They are thrown weapons that deal very high damage and have a blast radius. (similar to force cube) Using a firework will give you "Patriotic" effect for 25 turns and temporarily double the upgrades on your weapon, armor, and gun.

ALZ-HEI-MER
All knowledge of the level layout will be forgotten as soon as its out of your vision.
None of your items will be identified, ever. Scrolls of identify, Divination, Magic Mapping, Foresight, and Stones of Clairvoyance will blow up and instantly kill you if you try to use them. Searching works, but everything you find will be reset once its out of your vision.
There is a 20% chance that items you drop/throw will be misplaced when you walk away from them and disappear forever. There is another 20% chance that the misplaced item will simply teleport somewhere else on the floor. There is also a 5% chance every 100 turns that a random item in your inventory will be misplaced, with the same chances to do the same things as above.
It's impossible to tell the difference between real chests, and mimics. Ebony mimics from the mimic tooth will be completely invisible until you find them.
2DU-NGE-ONS
any item or chest spawned has a 33% chance to instantly be deleted on generation (enemy drops not included)
you start with ethereal chains which cannot be unequipped
every 2nd strength potion and scroll of upgrade is deleted on generation (stacks with forbidden runes if enabled)
as the name suggests, there are 2 dungeons both with 26 floors each
duplicate bag items and ankhs (1 per chapter only is allowed) are replaced by another random shop item
ethereal chains allows you to travel between the dungeons at a cost of 10 charges
in one of the dungeons every key is replaced by a different one
iron --> brass
golden --> platinum
diamond --> glass
in the other dungeon the locks are replaced to require said keys, key count will be adjusted to match the lock count
every boss will summon a portal to the other dungeon on death, requiring you to defeat both
tengu mask and dwarven crown will only drop from the first of the defeated bosses, cursed metal shards and goo blobs will drop from both, but they drop 1 less
if you do not have enough charges on your chains you can travel to the other dungeon without them, but this consumes 25% of your hp, gives vertigo for 20 turns and hexed for 50 turns
warping beacon ability and the spell can be set twice, once in each dungeon.
all npc quests will be different between dungeons (diff minibosses for ghost, objectives for wandmaker, mine type for blacksmith and enemy type for ambitious imp)
sad ghosts will not let you choose between weapon and armor, you just get one when you do the quest (1 has weapon 1 armor) and they are limited to t3
same deal with wandmakers, but their wands get -1 upgrade
dark gold value is halved
ambitious imp rings cannot be decursed by any other means than a scroll of upgrade or a well of health
yog will never spawn the same fist twice (unless badder bosses is enabled)
defeating the second yog is optional, however if you do not, you will gain 5 stacks of amulet curse every floor during ascent instead of 2 and all means of teleportation will fail
MUT-ILA-TED
concept: you contracted the zombie virus and will die if you do not get the amulet
you have a permanent 0.8x speed, accuracy and evasion multiplier, start with -2 strength and cannot use physical weapons, but you are immune to poison, toxic gas and bleeding
using scroll of remove curse damages you for 25% of your max health
ankhs work as a consumable instead which heals you to full hp and cannot be blessed
ring of force and ring of haste are banned for the challenge
on melee attack you poison the enemy and give it a light bleeding debuff instead of doing direct damage and any enemies killed by this have a chance to turn to your side, like a corrupting enchantment but the enemies decay faster (zombie bite)
your starting weapon is deleted (except mage staff) and your starting armor is replaced by a tattered cloth armor (0-1 defence, requires 8 strength)
vampire bats will be heavily poisoned when attacking you
duelist is able to blood meld using her ability (intentionally bite herself and make a blood to blood contact with the enemy), which gives the enemy a far worse poison debuff and doubles the chance for it to come back as a corrupted enemy, but consumes 5% of her max hp on use
(huntress heavily not reccomended for this one)
Talisman of foresight should now be a dollar store version of yog's laser
talisman works just like the laser, but you hit yourself

idea for a possibly unbalanced challenge
TRA-UMA-TIC
you start the game at level 6, experience potions are 5x as common, killing enemies reduces exp instead of adding to it, at level 1 exp lost is converted into magic damage at a 2:1 ratio
you can level down, when thatg happens you lose 1 talent point
from a random ability if all are spent
potion of divine inspiration only adds 1 talent point, but 3 can be used per tier
CYO-DUN-GEN
You start in floor 0, with 1,000 gold.
You may spend these gold on modifier items, which when picked up, dissappear and influence the dungeon in some way.
There are also items that cost negative gold, which when bought, give you that gold and have a effect that would generally be considered bad.
Okay, I will just briefly mention, that RKA has code setup for custom seeds and even for seed combinations
So some ideas could be used in RKAdventure, if that ever gets an update

i was going to include that duelist has a slight chance to be randomly softlocked for no reason but i chose not to be racist

late on this, but all special seeds are part of SpecialSeed enum, and all interactions are checked via Dungeon.isSpecialSeedEnabled(seed) method
the code also supports effects of several seeds in one
that actually doesnt seem that hard at all
RKAdventure's special seeds also set actual seed to be randomized

Every instance of small rations, food rations and pasty is rerolled
The other foods give no hunger at all, so use them for buffs only
You start with a weaker berserk like revive ability, triggers at 90% saturation or above, causes starvation immediately, recharged using ankhs
Ankhs themselves lose their original purpose
Every shopkeeper and quest npc is deleted, leaving the shop stuff for the taking besides the floor 20 shop which never spawns
Cleanse potion cannot cure hunger or starvation
Exp gives hunger
If a mob cannot give exp on death it gives 75% less hunger and does not trigger food talents
Every other instance triggers them at half strength
Actual food triggers them at full power
Horn of plenty is banned
During ascent every enemy gives 50% of the hunger equivalent of their area regardless if you hit the cap or not
Every instance of a scroll of lullaby/siren song/stone of affection are replaced by scroll of rage/challenge/stone of aggression respectively (peace was never an option)
COM-MUN-ISM
Coins are removed entirely from the dungeon (25% chance to be replaced by a random item instead)
Instead items are bought from shops by completing small quests (kill a few random enemies, kill a rare enemy which is spawned when the quest is taken, fetch something vanilla ghost rose style ect)
Alchemise cannot produce gold
Items can be traded in for an amount of favor, which allows you to make kill enemies tasks require less or bypass tasks altogether
The difference is that favor is slightly random and you get less when you sell the same item type multiple times (weapon, armor, crafting material ect) and it does not carry over between shops
Hitting a shopkeeper will make you lose a large amount of favor with them

every instance of natural gold is doubled in value
you start with 500 coins and a cursed master thief armband like effect
if you reach 0 gold you die instantly
you regen hp faster but whenever you do it consumes 1 gold per hp
in my experience, armor abilities don't get to shine because they're obtained way in the end, so are only used for one area and compete with tons of other options
