Can anyone explain to me how the duelist's "Twin upgrade" works?

You know how as champion you can wield 2 weapons, right?

Essentially if one of the weapons you have is a higher level than the other, the less upgraded one will behave as if it is the same level. There is also a condition here, for lvl 1 and 2 of the talent it only works if the boosted weapon is respectively 2 or 1 tier lower.

Let's say you have equipped a +10 greataxe (t5) and an unupgraded battle axe (t4). If you have twin upgrades 1, the battle axe will not be boosted because it is 1 tier lower than the upgraded weapon. If your talent was on lvl 2 or higher, a blue +10 would appear next to it, and it would function as if it was +10
