Right now only the barbarian can transfer glyphs between armors. Maybe create an item through alchemy with spells and catalysts that allows the other classes to snatch a glyph off one armor (it destroys the armor) and grant it to another armor

As neat as that is, it isn't a default feature of the Warrior's Seal. At earliest, it is at level 6/7 and 2 Talent Point Investment for the Class-Unique Item to have this powerful effect.
I think downgrading this to an alchemy item for a similar effect is kinda degrading to what small identity Warrior has overall

I mean the seal could be altered to have a different like maybe a similar effect to the huntresses bow where it upgrades as you level up, granting you more inherant shield per 5levels
