I wanna get the wand of avalanche and I already have the cheese, but then I can't find the old wandmaker. I reset 7-9 about 3 times each and I still didn't get him to spawn. I'm at the 3rd dungeon cycle, if that matters at all.

did you complete the wandmaker's quest in that cycle

Is there anything that could trigger him not to spawn? I don't know much abt the npc
