Since this artifact is cursed, it will alert enemies to your locations instead of invisibility. Also it seems to be able to give invisibility to enemies instead!

Thing is, any other class getting it won't have (almost) all the talents that make it better, or that synergise with invisibility. They'll at best be a hybrid half-rogue. Similarly if the Spirit Bow were able to be found - it's an amazing ranged weapon, but a good amount of that is the Ranger's talents that go so well with it. Without those it's just a better crossbow / boomerang. Which is still amazing but it's not "I become Ranger now".
And the warrior's seal and mage's staff definitely wouldn't break anything if they were accessible to other classes
Rather than a random drop, though, I feel it should be an option on a mid-to-late-game NPC quest, something like early City. Like say if the Imp randomly picked one off-class special item to offer, guaranteed cursed, as an alternative to the ring.

All unique item have it's own lore, the unique item is from surface and Mage staff is created by mage itself so it's unique, rogue cloak is from royal armory, warrior seal is from momento from his home. Huntress bow is from ancient magical wood
So it's impossible to spawn dungeon

The fact that it does nothing already handicaps rogue severely, but I agree that it would be cool to have some sort of effect
