this dagger deals (probably around 1d8 but maybe more or less) damage
when the creator of the dagger lands a melee attack on a living enemy (you cannot attack your friends for this) they gain 3 blessings.
i feel like that would be extremely fun but probably not very actually useful lol

the small to large distinction is probably just here so we don't have to deal with what would be in-between 1 and 2

Lizards struggle to utilize their limbs for much but movement. You can hold 2 small items in your front hands, as well as 2 small items and 1 large item (such as a spear) in your jaw. Items may only be used when they're in your hands.
